Welcome!

I would be thrilled to be part of your fitness and wellness journey. My training as a Physiotherapist informs my teaching and I choose exercises that support you, strengthen your body and help you avoid unnecessary injuries.

From a young age I’ve always been into sport, passionate about exercise and had a keen interest in health and fitness. It was my love for sport, health and fitness that led me to study a BSc Degree in Physiotherapy and a few years later led me down the path of becoming a gym class instructor and personal trainer.

I am incredibly passionate about my classes and my mission is to encourage and help others to feel well and enhance their health and wellness through exercise. I would love you all to feel the wonderful benefits it can have both physically and mentally.

You’re a great instructor, Sinéad. I love that some classes are higher intensity and some are lower intensity then too, catering for how I feel from week to week. I also get a good laugh during some classes too because you often come out and say something hilarious!
